- Begin by asking your pharmacist to confirm they have your new insurance card information and that everything has been updated in the pharmacy system.
- Your ID Card includes a special phone number for pharmacists to call for assistance.
- If your issue remains unresolved, ask your pharmacist to provide more information about the denial.
- If none of these suggestions resolve the issue, please contact Cigna using the member services number on your ID card. Have your pharmacy name/location and prescription information handy when you call (everything you need should be on the medicine bottle or packaging).
